Grateful that Ananda and her family are okay. Praying for everyone affected by these storms. Grateful that we only have a bit of rain and wind.
Grateful that the meaning of the word "Ananda" came up in a book I was reading. "State of bliss". Beautiful.
Grateful that I was able to provide some comforting words to a grandmother whose grandson is out camping with his class. She mistakenly thought they were in an area affected by the storms and she did not sleep last night. When she told me the name of where they were, I told her that, in fact, they are at a very sturdy "camp" (a large, beautiful building actually, tons of activities) on an island 5 minutes boat ride from my home (I have been there). They are safe and having a blast. I gave her one of those teasing looks and ordered her home to bed.

Grateful all that had to deal with the tornado are ok and prayers to those who are not so lucky...

I am grateful this HOT week is over and I can stay in the ac all day.
My prayers go out for all the folks who have been affected by the tornadoes and floods.It is heartbreaking to see what they are going through.

Grateful for leftover chili so I didn't have to cook dinner~ 
I am so tired. My eyelids are heavy. I am grateful for the feeling. I know it will be a complete waste of time to even try to read a chapter, but try I will. Then I will have to re-read the pages I sleptread (new word, embrace it!) tonight...tomorrow.

I have been praying every night for a dear young lady who lost her way about 3 months ago and has not been contacting anyone. She is in a different city.
Today, I talked to her on the phone for 1/2 hour. She misses me. We may, God willing, go for dinner in two weeks.
Grateful for prayers answered.
Grateful I was there to answer the phone.
Grateful for patience, even though it can be so hard at times.

All kinds of precious artwork from my little ones (they were working so hard all week).
Shiny new stainless steel coffee mug.
Wife & kids took me out for a HUGE Fathers Day supper (so full, I can barely type - yikes!).
Grateful for my wife, son, and daughter.

Grateful for the butterfly release in honor of my husband who passed and my girlfriend's 11 year old son....(And of course many others that went to soon) I will post pictures when after I download it was simply beautiful!
