I am grateful to be sober and clean today.

I am grateful i am no longer causing my family pain and anguish.

I am grateful that my body is recovering.

I am grateful i have my dads love and support.

I am grateful to share each day with my dog Spike.

I am grateful that i have a place to live, food to eat and clothes to ware.

I am grateful to be experiencing each day whether it be good or bad.
