Grateful for girlfriends... they are my lifeblood......
PS: I NEVER thought those words would honestly come through me.. I was full of rage toward woman when I got clean/sober.... WOW!!! another miracle....

Haven't been doing much anywhere just trying to gain up some strength.

Yep (((L))) I do think ive finally found someone i click with and can chat too on the Girlfriend front ....were meetin up for coffee down the Market tomorrow ...!
we call it Recovery corner ....lol.....

Happy Easter Everyone!
I am doing well L thanks I am feeling as if I am finally gaining some strength back although the Doctors don't think I will improve to much more than where I am today and that is just OK with me LMFAO at least now I can stand and shower so that makes me happy
I am just very blessed that is all I can say and very grateful to have the health that I do have. It could have been a lot worse

Grateful that my son is suffering only a broken collar bone instead of something much worse. Grateful that this will teach him the lesson that when Mom says not to do something, it's not because she's a b*tch, but because it is DANGEROUS. (he wiped out on his skateboard while "skitching" on a friends chopper - something he has been repeated forbidden to do.)
Grateful for friends who can be relied upon at the drop of a hat, or a break of a collarbone.
Grateful that I was sober through the whole experience and was able to think straight and act rationally.
Grateful for new friends on SR and old ones too.
Grateful for all of you.

ROFL, glad the kids ok...
reminded me of my skitching days...
on the back bumper of a car, with a 20' towrope with boots on a unplowed street in the middle of a snow storm!
my mother never said, its dangerous, she didnt think her kid was dopey enough try that!
wrong!, and dang, did i get bruised and scraped up ta boot!
grateful i dont do too many dopey things anymore!
