i am grateful for....
Waking up with peace instead of in pieces
Watching clouds go by and not trying to be one
Willingness to live from my heart and not my head
Wonderful people loving me as more of ME is revealed

Grateful that today and tonight I have taken it easy and it has been hard to stay away from the old computer and have done really well I feel
Grateful I am on day 4 of that new pill to help me stop my smoking it seems like it wants to work if I get me out of the way.
Grateful for SR and for what it has to offer as well.
