two months..grateful
last time I was in this forum, it was two weeks...wow.
Two months is my personal record for sobreity...I simply cannot remember another time when I have been drug free for so long since I started drinking 15 years back.
That's a miracle and I'm grateful for that. I'm grateful for everyone else here too, and my real world friends who have supported me.
I'm most grateful however for the insights, hidden strengths, and the myriad of other good things I've discovered about myself in my programme for self-betterment and in learning to live without alchohol and other drugs as my universal panacea.
I'm grateful because, at base level, I'm starting to give something back.
