I had some rejection feelings myself this week AND my ex "very significant" other is marring someone else today. ouch!

I am grateful for all those who share here and give us hope. I am grateful that my daughter who was severely addicted to meth is alive and well and graduating from college in a couple of months. I am grateful for her sponsors who gave of themselves in order to save a life: I feel like they helped me as much as my daughter.

Recovery is good for all of us and changes all our relationships.

I made it through the day ok. I spent all day in meetings and with friends and stayed busy.
Off to the dentist this morning. BIG SMILE about that.

I'm grateful that no matter how overwhelmed I feel right now, I know it will pass and I know I don't have to drink over it. I'm grateful that I know everything will be okay, no matter what. I'm grateful to have a job, a new apartment, etc. etc. I need to stay grateful for my "haves" today.

Hi people! I've been catching up on some of the other forums.

Grateful there's Doo's face to cheer.

Grateful especially tonite for my sobriety.

Asking prayer from all my new friends for my precious big sister. The disease

is attacking with all it's force now, but I am turning it over, and I know my

Higher Power is there with her. Please pray.
