Had blood work done and I had Hep C and have been taking the treatment. The shut off is level 75 but mine says less than 10 and the nurse said that I have been cured not in remission :) that is my HP in my life.

Grateful for the smiles as usual

Grateful that my sister came by and we had a good visit.

Grateful that Chance had a good birthday

Arura, You will learn to trust yourself. I didn't really believe I was doing it for a long time. I would think thoughts like, "You are such a fake and they will all find out soon enough." lol I was doing it and I still am and those thoughts took time to go away. My sponsor told me that was my disease talking. Just tell your head, "thanks for sharing" and then go about your beautiful life with the knowledge that you are doing it. Love you bunches Hon.
