I am grateful for each day I am upright, breathing, walking, and talking.

I am grateful for my sobriety.

I am grateful for being smoke free.

I am grateful for my Higher Power

I am grateful for the roof over my head.

I am grateful for my family and friends.

I am grateful for the little things I can appreciate today, like the sunshine, the walks by the river, the awesome smells of the Fall season.

Most of all, I am grateful to be alive today.
