Quick question about track marks
Maybe someone could answer me, does track marks from shooting "fade" in about..15 days ? So, if you don't live with the addict, and through these disappearing acts (~10-15 days) you might miss marks on their skin and so they can "hide" their addiction?
Thank you

If the addict is an IV user of drugs they learn how to hide track marks. They dont always shoot up in the same area of the body so individual injection points can heal. Other times they will use make up or band aides to cover things
If they get a collapsed vein in their arm that will show up for a long time
If questioned about a mark they are usually very quick to provide numerous other reasons for what happened.
There are other physical signs of drug use depending on the drug pin point pupils is one for opiate use which includes IV heroin. Once you've seen it you cant miss it.
