I am so grateful that the truth always comes out!! I am so grateful for knowing how to deal and accept the truth. At one point in my life, I refused to believe or see the truth. Denial was so much easier but far more destructive.

I am also so grateful for a long weekend.

Indeed, LMN, knowing the truth, even when being lied to, is so much better than "wanting to believe that which we know not to be true".

You are wiser and independent today, truth and acceptance are our friends.

Hugs to all here.

I am grateful today for the briskness and colours of Autumn, here. A refreshing change after a hot summer.

Oh sure Ann - rub it in. But when it's bitterly cold there, I will remember...

Today, I went on a job interview. It sounded good. But after all my hard, I am still a little afraid of the unknown.

Today, I am grateful for having the tools to makes good choices in my personal life. I am grateful to know how to say no. Took me long enough, but I finally got it.

Take your time, LMN, you will KNOW when things feel right for your next job move.

Grateful today for a chance to just rest and take care of myself.

Today, I am grateful that I no longer let fear dictate my decisions. I resigned from my job and will be starting a new career in October. I am very excited and so grateful for my supportive friends and family.

You go girl! Look out world, here comes Ms. LMN!

Grateful today for some warm weather, the last gasp of summer, I think.

Autumn is beautiful but I like it when the warm weather lasts.

I am grateful today for good medical services and doctors and a government plan that pays for them.

LMN, you are such an inspiration for overcoming the obstacles in our lives.

Good Morning

I have so much to be grateful for. I am loving my new job although I really do not like my new boss at all. Soon, I will be spending less time with her though so.....yay!!

I am still working part time for my old job too because my boss still needed my help. It's extra money, I can do it at night and I enjoy it.

My exah has been unexpectedly sending me money too, telling me to do something nice for myself. I am grateful for that. It's not something we discuss, I just get a text that he has put money in my account via Zelle. He is trying to make amends for the past and It has been helping me build up my savings account for a rainy day.

The weather her has been beautiful and I am getting back to planting flowers and propagating my cacti. I love to start things from cuttings.

I still adore my kitty who is completely spoiled rotten. His little antics bring about so much laughter. My new home is coming along nicely. My life is peaceful and drama free and for that......I am eternally grateful.

Today, I am grateful that my nieces are doing so well and have been reaching out to me a lot lately. It's been 3 1/2 years since they lost their Mother unexpectedly in a car accident. I miss my sister so much. I miss the laughter she brought to my life. I notice that I am very drawn to people who make me laugh which isn't always a good thing. Sometimes, IMO, with those charismatic personalities comes the need for drama and I have to step away. But that's ok, not everyone is meant to be a long lasting friend in my life.

I am so grateful for the loving, supportive friends I do have in my life. I am grateful that I chosen healthy people to be in my inner circle. I am grateful they have been a great example of emotionally maturity. I have learned so much.

LMN, your nieces are blessed to have you too.

I am grateful today for Christmas lights and music.

Even though Covid is limiting Christmas visits, it's nice to get into the spirit of the season.

I am so looking forward to the weekend, to put my Christmas tree up and decorations out. I do love the whole month of December.
Christmas will be somewhat different this year, due to covid, but it will not steal my sparkle 😊

Grateful to have Americans as my neighbours and wish each one of you a Happy Thanksgiving.

Counting my blessings, too.

I am grateful today for my warm house. I had to get it fixed on Saturday and it was cold without it. I am grateful my kitty has been cuddling with me throughout the night. I am grateful that I got my carpet in the bedrooms cleaned yesterday. They look almost new again. I am grateful to be so boring, lol.

I am grateful that my first surgery is over and all went well.

And for Christmas lights that keep the season lovely, even if the family gathering isn't going to have a big gathering. We will be together in spirit.

Grateful that Ann got through the surgery and is healing!

I love having the opportunity to enjoy prep for the Christmas holiday, in spite of/despite toxic family members I cannot totally avoid. Boundaries and self-care, so incredibly helpful.

Wishing all a wonderful weekend and a safe and peaceful holiday season.
