Lolligag???
LOLLIGAG???!!!!!
Thundering heavens my good woman, such language cannot be accepted in one of the fairer sex. A breakdown in verbal standards is the first sign of the true collapse of civilization as we know it. Next thing- women will be showing their ankles, or even their knees in public.

So off you to your home, and prepare for your master's to return- with warmed slippers, a pipe and things.

(wanders away, muttering to himself, the word 'lolligag' can be heard as he dims into the distance)

That sounds wonderful. I hope you enjoyed your day and your hubby, as well.

So very grateful Friday is finally here. This weekend, I want to make time to get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine -- take advantage of the opportunity -- while the weather is decent.

Praying for all those affected by Hurricane Dorian and hoping they get the help they need.

Grateful the "new system" at work is working out well.
Grateful for time spent with my canine friend. He is very patient with the humans he owns.
Grateful to look forward to spending time with my son's sweetheart tomorrow. She's quite pleasant and nice to be around.

Scratched record- eternally grateful that my brain, physiologically is still healing. I can do stuff now (and with hand surgery) that I could not even comprehend 3y ago.

The recovery place I was in had an old piano. So I asked my counsellor to find and print off 'Moonlight Sonata', by Beethoven. My brain simply could not understand the notes, although I had memories of how to play the piano.

So now with my newly acquired keyboard, I can recognize the notes on sheet music muchly more betterly (erly), I still have aways to go, but there is my gratitude. The cello, mind is much more problematic, but I love it's sound.

Grateful for life, for sunshine and for good doctors and medical care.

Disappointed to have to cancel my trip west due to health issues, but grateful that it will get better and I can go later when "stuff" is looked after.

Grateful I took out cancellation insurance, lol, so I can afford to rebook later.

Cheering on Phoenix J in your recovery! I imagine it's very encouraging that you've done so well, come so far. Very hopeful. Carry on, friend.

Ann - how very disappointing, that you had to reschedule and stay home to tend to health issues. Praying for a speedy recovery and improving health for you.

Thanks Anaya, I am trying to think of this as "postponing" more than canceling, I will be able to go once they get my heart stabilized over a good period of time.

It's Friday the 13th, and...it's the Harvest Moon, the finest full moon of the year. I love this moon most of all.

This is the second time this morning I have posted this, but I like it a lot and want to share the moondance with each of you.

for coffee this morn. My fried arm, espec the hand seems to v-e-r-y slowly getting sensation (as in nerves) back in it. Me wonders if the pianner practice helps (especially all the stretching to make saved little finger work, was on the cards to be amputated, as was my whole arm once)….

and grateful for music.

and stuff.

An image for you Ann. It is a whale- photographed from underneath with the surface of the water above the whale. I used the image and did 'things' to it.

I love the whale and what you did with the picture, PJ. And how wonderful that you are getting sensation back in your hand. Never give up, you are healing and recreating what has been missing.

I am grateful today for the thunderstorms last night for sleeping and the sunshine today for exploring the great outdoors. Autumn is such a lovely time of year in the hills around here. I will also visit an orchard for some freshly picked apples.

Thank you Ann for posting that. I love Neil Young and Harvest Moon! Now, Bob Seger....another old time favorite.

I am sorry to read you needed to postpone your trip! I hope everything is ok?

I am grateful for a very fun weekend and still getting a lot of work done. I love finding balance now .... after being so uncentered fo far too long.

Thanks, LMN. I am grateful for good doctors, good medications and a good attitude that lets me find the joy in each day. Hopefully the trip will be rebooked by winter (which is lovely there).
