Join me in 30 Days of Gratitude...
I am grateful for the newcomers who find their way here and grateful that I have reached a good place where maybe I can share my light and help them find their way, as others did for me so many years ago.
And grateful for the bond of friendship SR has brought me with so many like all of you.

Welcome back, Purplesky!
Good stuff, PJ!
I am grateful to "feel" the Easter Joy today, that the rain has stopped so that I can take a walk and just say "thank You" for all the blessings in my life.
Happy Easter dear friends.

For same cuz- a 2.5h talk-a-thon about family stuff over health Macca's, some of it not so happy- but thankfully now all in the past...for having a more grounded sense of connection to life, for my continued healing on my miracle hand, for Annand many others @ SR..truly friends by any definition.
Loving to read and also grateful for all that is being shared in this thread.
Hawkeye's flowers sound so lovely! (I'd received a bouquet for Easter, am enjoying its beauty as it sits in a vase on my dining room table and the spring flowers in my yard and about the area as well...cannot beat the fragrance and the beauty).
Phoenix's mention of cabbage rolls shared by the neighbor...the thought of cabbage rolls makes my mouth water (my grandma was a master at producing the tastiest ones...I could never compete with that, lol).
Wishing all a peaceful and hopeful Tuesday.

I too am grateful for our little thankful family here, it inspires me to find the good in each day.
I am thankful today for more warm weather, even if it brings an April shower. The grass is greening, the crocuses and spring blossoms are beginning to peek through and nature once again amazes me in her beauty.

I am grateful that I got to video chat with my nieces on Sunday. I am grateful for the technology that allows this.
A exfriend from my past has reached out to me. She was getting my EXAH pills and I had no idea. I am grateful that I have learned that silence speaks volumes. I want nothing to do with her and in the past I would have let her know that. I must admit, it was very triggering for an hour or so. It brought back a lot of old memories. I felt the feelings and have let them go. I am grateful that I can do that now!

I am grateful for a new wetland I found today where I saw two species of birds that I have never seen before...ring neck ducks and trumpeter swans. I come from mute swan country so this was all very exciting for me. I shall return often,

I am grateful for my brother, now an Australian citizen, coming across the Pacific to visit me and my cousins and keep what's left of our small family connected.
He's leaving day after tomorrow to return home to his life in Oz and partner, but I'm feeling love, and loved, by my family of origin.
Coming from a very dysfunctional childhood, that's a wonderful thing to feel.

I am grateful to be aware that I must continue to keep boundaries in place and as well, to recognize and respect boundaries of others.
Today, I am aware and truly appreciate, embrace, and am grateful for the opportunity of coming into contact with and spending time with those who are respectful and caring.
