Thought it fought it, enabled, hoped, believed. Now I've witnessed it and don't know what to do. Came over 1200 miles to visit with his children and now see that he is using drugs. Don't know what but he is smoking it, nodding, going to sleep. Then appears normal, goes outside smokes it, circle. He has a case pending and I want to call bonds and and pull bail so at least he would be in jail...

The nodding and sleeping sounds like opiods, maybe heroin.

I'm sorry you had to walk into this and hope he reaches out for help soon.

Please help the children, someone needs to be their voice and save them from living a life surrounded by addiction. Report what you see and know, for their sake if nothing more.

My prayers go out for all of you. My son is an addict and I know the heartache of watching someone we love self destruct.
