All,
RADD called this Afternoon, she was asking for dir ections how to give CPR until the EMTs arrived.
THey arrived just as she called. TWo of her friends in a halfway decided to get high and OD,d, they were blue and unconscious when she arrived. EMTS gave one guy Narcan and he came around, other guy they hit 4 times with Narcan and he finally woke up.
Have not heard a final outcome yet....... Hoping for the best.
SHe said 12 people have died from carfentinil in the last week in North Miami.
Super bad stuff..........
