Not surprisingly, I feel better after going to my appt. Just to give hope to anyone in the same boat. It really is healing for the soul to work through it. Until next time. :rolleyes2

So glad to hear this!! Great job- it is hard facing something that makes us anxious, but so good when on the other side thinking "oh! I can do this after all."
