OT: Checking In Hi, all... Still in a cast. We buried our mother today. I'm experiencing a strange combination of relief and desolation. Just wanted to thank those who either responded to my thread when Mom passed two weeks ago and to those who PM'ed me directly. I should be back on active duty here in about 2-2 1/2 weeks. Hope everyone is well. |
Thinking of you and your family, Zoso. It's a difficult process and you will probably experience many different feelings. I hope in time, the primary feeling is of gratitude for the wonderful memories you had with your mom. |
Relief maybe because she is in a beautiful place :) |

I'm sorry Zoso. |
Prayers for peace! Losing your parent (no matter what their age) is difficult and painful. I am glad you were able to be there and share the celebration of her life. Looking forward to "seeing" you again soon Zoso! TT |

I am so sorry for your loss. Glad that you had such a good relationship with your mother and cherished her so much. That must have meant the world to her. Take care, my thoughts and prayers are with you, ShootingStar1 |
