I posted the other day about my ex ABF who went into hiding three weeks ago after he relapsed. The police are now involved and we are discovering so many more lies! He is soooo shady!!! I am full of rage right now. He is facing some minor charges in relation to some traffic incidents so at least now if they find him they can take him in. I hope he has a lot of drugs on him, gets charged with a felony, and is forced to detox in jail and suffer miserably.

I started seeing a new counselor last night who seems really nice. I told her my goal is to get past my feelings of betrayal and abandonment and ultimately forgive "my" addict. And be comfortable trusting people again. She has her work cut out for her.

Just needed to share with people who understand.

Well, don't personalize what he did to the point where you can't trust people. His lies and his character makeup are all about him and have nothing to do with anyone else.
