I can't seem to find any meetings in my area for the al anon, or the families of addicts? am I using the right terminology? I love this forum but I think a real meeting might be the most help..

Would this pretty much work the same as narcotics anonymous? He is starting NA meetings, and is also an alcoholic, pretty much the same principles, right?

yeah, I was right there are no meetings on the al anon site in my area. Maybe its called something else. I'm out of ideas.

NarAnon would follow the same ideas as Alanon. Also check for a Celebrate Recovery which would be for anyone with any sort of hurt, habit, or hangup. You can check their website for locations.
