Just dont know what to think or do
My son came home last week. Started school. In drug court. They put him on Wellbutrin and something else. He was so proud that he was 30 days sober but his last three tests came back as two were dilute and one positive for opiates. He swears he did nothing. PO said Red Bull my make dilute. I'm a mess. He's a mess. Doing well in school. Can't miss this drug court sucks. He needs to graduate. Any suggestions? I'm afraid that Wellbutrin and other drug is making positive for opiates.

A lot of things can cause a UA to show positive for opiates, including certain foods. Also, those tests aren't perfect. When I was in IOP, I tested positive for opiates and I freaked out! I'm an alcoholic, not a pill popper. I KNEW there was absolutely no reason for me to test positive for opiates, so I demanded another test and it came back negative for opiates.
