See something beautiful
There’s something beautiful about the moment you’re in. Find the beauty, feel the beauty, enjoy it, appreciate it, and let it expand.
There’s something beautiful about the place where you are. See that beauty, delight in it, and let its positive power encompass you.
In any situation, you can choose to see the beauty in life. When you do, you become more loving, more peaceful, more effective, and more fulfilled.
In seeing life’s beauty you are able to recognize life’s best possibilities. Appreciate the beauty, and you gain access to the abundance in which you are immersed.
Instead of reacting with anger, despair or frustration, choose to be amazed by the beauty that is always there. Something about every situation is beautiful, and you gain valuable insight by aligning yourself with it.
In what you do, in where you go, there is beauty. Choose to see and to live that beauty, and make your life truly rich.

My darkest day, in hindsight, held a beauty that I didn't see at the time, I was so wrapped in the drama and sadness of my son's addiction that I didn't notice that that dark day was the day my life shifted on its axis and God took over what I could no longer do. It was a day of transition where my focus came back to my health and healing.
I am blessed to live in a place where the sun rises each morning over the small bay outside my bedroom window. I am surrounded by nature and never a day goes by that I fail to see the beauty that lives at my door.
Inside and out, today will be a beautiful day for me, because I choose to live in the positive and embrace the blessings.
How about you, how will you make today beautiful? What is one thing you will do to lift your spirits above the darkness and see the gift of life?

When I place people, places or things in life
I have no control over in Proper Hands, then
I am able to admire all of God's awesome creations,
His masterful works of natures arts each day I
remain sober and willing to follow His instructions.
The beauty of a new flower whether it be a yellow
Peace Rose, a huge saucer size white and pink Hibiscus,
to all those eye poping red Canna Lilies.
A huge colorful butterfly that flutters quickly
thru my back gardens just enough to catch
my eye before disappearing and waiting for
his return.
Riding thru the neighborhood admiring other
peoples freshly mowed lawns and pretty colorful
flowers or trees placed around their homes to
draw my eye attention to it's beauty.
All of God's wonderful natures beauty keeps
my mind, heart and soul in an everlasting
joy that allows me to dismiss lifes worrisome
problems that would or could keep me sick
in my recovery.
I choose joy and peace over that anytime.

That's beautiful Sharon.
The swans in my avatar are from my bay here, I took that picture in early spring and now there is a baby signet, just one this year for some reason, usually there are 4-8 depending. But that mama and baby swim by every day as if to say hello and it never fails to lift my heart to see such loveliness.
Life can be beautiful, life IS beautiful, all we need to do is notice.

Swans are absolutely beautiful creatures.
My husband bought me 2 large well sculptured
concrete planters for our back yard and one
concrete swan birdbath. The basin sits high
on 2 Swans facing each other.
We so enjoy watching those many majestic
Blue Jays that take turns jumping in to
take a cool bath before retiring for the
evening.
They fly to the edge, take a drink, jump
in, flutter about, jump out, then repeat
several or so times thoroughly enjoying
themselves.
How can we not enjoy watching those
lovely creatures provided to us from Above.
My husband bought me 2 large well sculptured
