Yowill go to the doctor.. the addiction will never be mentioned.
he will get the pain pills. and he'll hold it together for a while but it'll unravel again.
IT IS SO SCARY to me to not make a phone call, show up at the appointment, etc.
it feels like allowing him to use because I know he wont make the right decision.

I've experienced what you are going through with Zanix/alcohol (how ever you spell it)
with my now X. No matter what you say, what you do. I called the hospital, they told me HE IS AN ADULT not a child. He has a mind of his own. He will do what he wants....when and if he comes around; it will be his decision on what he will do.
I worried, got MYSELF sick over it, started drinking myself (not NOW of course

You want to help, I was married for 13 yrs, of course I wanted to help yet he has to realize he has to want the help. All I can do is encourage and if he comes to me be supportive.
