I truly am looking forward and feeling pretty excited about it. I can not wait to say "I am out, I am free." In some ways, I have always envied those who finally left because they no longer had to think about addiction. Although a divorce can be painful, it can't be anything compared to what I have experienced being married to an addict.
Maybe I should make a t-shirt that says "I survived being married to an addict."
