Request for Prayers....not bad news! I promise!
Good Morning ,
Today is my son’s 23rd birthday. Having a really tough morning. It’s been a very long 6 years. If you believe in the power of prayer would you please include my son in your prayers today? I’ve been asking that he find serenity and happiness and that God place the right people in his life at the right time. If you’d like to throw in an extra prayer for strength for me today I won’t complain. I’d really appreciate it! Let’s make it a good day everyone!

I want to thank each and every one of you for your responses. I'm not sure what was so difficult about this morning. I sat in my office and cried....cried...cried. I have never done that before. I needed the release and I think I've narrowed my sadness down to yet another year lost to addiction. Another year of milestones uncelebrated and another year of damage to my son's beautiful mind, body and soul. If only I had the power to change things. But I don't. I know this now. But I do believe if he is meant to be saved he will be. I felt your prayers, they gave me strength. I appreciate all of you very much.
Yes lizwig, praying for you and your son!
May God give him that moment of clarity. May he use that moment to seek change in his life.
May God give you the peace and serenity that you deserve.
Hugs to a wonderful Mom!
