I have been thinking these few days. From anger & betrayal to finally accepted and understand some of the concepts. I cannot accept all of the concepts at this month yet, I know they are right and good for us. But it's just hard to accept. And it's hurt.

I have no doubt that my bf loves me. But on the hand, he is unable to offer love. It's a very different and difficult idea to digest, but I'm slowly to open and try to understand it.

If I may suggest, it's more accurate to say that your ABF is, at this time, unable to be a responsible, commited partner in a romantic relationship. He's not committed to his own well being. So how can he be committed to anything else?
