I also posted this in the pain management section. For anyone whose loved one has chronic pain this seems wonderful. It is in our general area so we are going to check it out. Hopefully it is available in other areas too.

Thanks for sharing this KariSue. Its a good article, and I really HOPE that more options become available for pain management. The drugs that are used these days are just so addictive... I personally think almost anyone call fall victim.

My husband started using because of injury/surgeries... after he was in rehab we looked into some alternative ways to handle pain. We had read about the implants, but it wouldn't work for his type of situation. Physical therapy (despite his hatred of it - lol) has accomplished more than we thought possible.

I hope some of the new technology can help your loved one.
