Al anon worksheets?

I went to my first al anon meeting on Saturday and I must say that it was a tremendous comfort during this time. Everyone was so incredibly nice and supportive and I plan on going back! I noticed a lot of people talking about worksheets for the 12 steps and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find them? Thanks!

Good morning Someoneswife... I am glad to hear you found the al-anon meeting so comforting. They have truly saved my sanity. I haven't heard any mention of worksheets at the meetings I've attended for the last 9 months but am hoping someone will provide a link for you as I'm interested too! I'm glad you plan on returning to the meeting...you'll find you only get more comfortable as you continue on. Good for you!

I use the Blueprint for Progress book for my fourth step, but I haven't seen any worksheets. If you go back, ask at the meeting, and share them here!

This, from the sticky threads above this forum, may help too.

Thanks for everyone's input! I found a workbook on amazon that goes along with a 12 step book and I'm going to check it out. If I get the courage to actually speak at al anon this weekend I'm going to ask about it! Thanks!!
