I just wanted to do what someone else did, sorry cant remember the name, I want to say thank you. I am so gratefull that I found this space where I can just be open and honest and where I am allowed to talk about my 'shame'. I dont have to stick my head in the sand when Im on the forums.

So thank you to all of you, for allowing me to vent, ask silly questions and to tell my story. It does not take away my problems but it makes it that much easier to bear, just knowing that there is someone out there who went through or are going through the same thing that I am.

Thanks guys, I no longer feel allone.
