today I am laughing about it.

he laughed at that and said "addicts really are vampires. but the real kind, they sure a heck don't sparkle."

and it got me thinking...

twilight really is a perfect metaphor for the addict and codie relationship.
He feins for blood (drugs) she is totally codependent on him and rejects the healthy man in her life (Jacob) and eventually... she becomes a vampire herself.
