When my brain is swimming I get a clock or watch with a second hand and focus on each second for one minute while it goes around while just breathing deeply. It helps me clear up and focus on the task in front of me.
(I also use my phone)
You are good though. Almost at the finish line. You have a whole passel of recovering codependents standing here cheering you on, resisting the urge to take over and take your exams for you, write your papers, clean your place, cook you dinner and meet with your professors and to tell them they've given you too much to do at one time.
)
You'll be fine. You've got this!

what helped me to understand is that the brain needs breaks and blips of play in the midst of hard work...re: 50 minutes on and 10 minutes off. If you go too far and hard past the 50 minute limit (variable for the particular brain of course...) then you hit a diminishing return.
so give yourself all of the little play breaks, whatever that looks like for you
look at the clock each time and make an appointment with yourself to sit back down
rice krispie bars were my work bait
sit...stay...rice krispie treat...work...play...repeat.
LOL
get it done man
we need your intelligence alive in the world!!
