This is so true and I try to remember that it can be the case for any one of us, no matter how long we have been a member or what our experience. We are all human. We all have good days and bad. None of us knows what other things are going on today in the lives of anyone posting here. If we don't appreciate or understand a message it might just be that we read it the wrong way, it was poorly worded or perhaps that the poster is having a rough time today as well.

Sometimes we leave SR and return in a time of need. Posters that joined years ago are not immune from having bad days. It's important to me to give everyone the same respect and leeway. Many of us are here to both support and be supported.

I joined SR with a couple days sober. I am so grateful for those who took the time to encourage, share and guide me. I was a fragile broken woman at the end of my rope both physically and mentally.
Thank you to all who keep this site running, it saved my life.
