today recovery looks like
*getting all of my chores done and filling out applications online.
*spending time with my kids
*reading my bible
*feeding the cats
*my favorite music
*battling obsessive "I miss you" thoughts
*movie plans with my girlfriends tonight I am genuinely excited about
* being on SR instead of scrolling through sappy romance memes on FB
* knowing that its so much easier to do this when he is in rehab than when he is absent because of using
* trying to give god my fear of relapse.
* wondering if its ok that I am still crying myself to sleep at night.
just wanted to share my day. thanks everyone!
