To Nelaon Mandela... but his quote is getting me through hard times.

Detaching with love or going NC is for our health and sanity, but doing it with all the negative feelings serves no purpose for us.

I detached with love less than a week ago... it was/is hard. I am lonely at times. I am confuses at times. I am scares at times.

I hate addiction and what my AO has done to save his addiction.

Just as i hate my own addiction and what I have done to try to save my addiction.

This morning i found forgiveness. That was to save myself. I forgave myself and i forgave AO. AO does not know this. It was not done for him.

Nothing i do is for a future with AO. I do not know if i would pursue it with him. Everything i do is for me.
