I have just dropped off my kids to my soon to be ex-husband at his moms for some daddy time. Well he informs me that he has finally got a job and is going to be leaving in 2 days for 5 weeks for truck driver training. I said well you and i need to discuss our divorce. He says well I think we should do a dissolution cuz its cheaper. I agreed, however you have to be very specific when it comes to child support and child custody. Well guess who thinks he should get 1/2 custody and not pay any child support. AAAAHHH!!! He is now threatening me to take me to court.!!!!!

One thing is for sure... the man knows how to push the right buttons. However, I am very proud that I did not react. I walked away. Got on SR and of course vented to my mom whom said the same as outtolunch. Deep sigh. The good news is I have the next 5 weeks to get together some paperwork on our "dissolution"... what a day! Its true what they say...the only ones that actually suffer are the kids.
