Son admitted to residential treatment

Dear SR friends,

My heart is too full to post much. Too many miracles have happened this week. My son is safe and secure tonight. Your prayers have held us up.

I continue to keep you are your loved ones in my heart and in my prayers. There are no guaranteed outcomes here, but for tonight, for the first time in years, I go to sleep knowing my son is not only clean but safe.

I could not have gotten through this past week without all of you. I don't know how to make that clear. Too many emotions in my heart.

Wonderful news. I have come on to your threads a bit late, but I have found your actions to be inspiring, and I am so glad to hear your son made the decision for inpatient. Will be praying for all of you.

What a relief, Praying Mama! You are both in my thoughts and prayers. As you know, I am only a tiny step ahead of you on the journey, a little better rested probably, but still full of questions and anxiety. I have really taken to heart the advice here, especially working my own program, as it is called, and I am finding more peace each day by doing so. Keep us posted and enjoy your Saturday!
