Ann, guess it's been awhile. I do go for refills on acid-reflux and antidepressant meds, and they check vitals. I forgot my dental appointment last week. Need to rethink all of this. Have eaten entirely too much ice cream this summer!! Sure is good though!!

Most here know exactly why it's taking so long to let go cause we walked miles in those shoes.
Your closing thought reminds me of something an addict might say about seeking recovery. Tomorrow.....always tomorrow or the next day or after something you have no control over happens.
