The Happiest Place on Earth
I thought I would post a "happy post" - just took my daughter to Disneyland for her first trip - it was a BLAST and she had a ball. I really feel like I got to know her better- what a wonderful experience.
Just thought I would post something uplifting. After the last chaotic year, I decided to take the time to have a vacation with the love of my life - my daughter. It was so wonderful.
I hope everyone else who is in the depths of their journey sees the "light at the end of the tunnel". Granted, all days aren't filled with "magic" as they are at Disney, but it is those days that balance out the tough ones we all have to go through.
Just wanted to share.....

Focusing on the kids and creating happy memories with them got me through my divorce. We don't always have to wait for the light at the end of the tunnel. We can always shine a little of our own in the meantime. We can never go wrong by giving our kids a little magic.

Disneyland is magical! I am planning a day trip with my loving daughter too! We haven't been there in almost 10 years. Planning on getting matching mouse ear hats and going on all the kiddie rides with my beautiful 15 year old princess
