Hello Everyone,

If you are on here and in pain, I'm so sorry for it. I came here in December at my lowest point. I was devastated and abused. I was torn in shreds and had experienced something that when looking back feels like a crazy awful dream. Things will get better they always do, I'm sending love to you because I received tremendous support when I was here and in that dark cave.

I love him with all my heart and I think of him almost everyday, but I see him differently. I miss him and still want him. Things have not been the same since he kicked his way out of my life.

Things are better, hard for me to see it and admit it, but they are. I still hold on to the fantasy dream of us together.

It's not true and not real.

If they were real we wouldn't be here, we would be with them happy making a bright and happy future. We are here to gain strength to move forward and to continue to love ourselves. We are real and we are more important than anyone else.

At the end of the day we only have our minds and thoughts. Lets continue to heal and spread the love and grow...

This story has been told time and time again and you and I will get through this

that is a promise
time heals all...
