Temp Restraining Order
 

Greetings all.
Well Friday night I went to my usual F2F home group meeting. I receive a text "you look nice" from my XAH. Well, I look and out the window staring at me was my XAH. Then Saturday comes around. He comes down to my parents home banging on our door. I open the door and he proceeds to yell profanity at me. I tell him if you don't leave I will call the police. So I close the door and the phone rings. I pick up the phone and it is him. I tell him if he calls again I will file a restraining order. He calls again. I pick up and say now I must file a restraining order. I went to our local police department last night and filed a temp restraining order. I have a court hearing on Thursday morning. He is deep in active addiction. I understand from neighbors he is bothering with a known drug dealer in the neighborhood. Most likely selling and using his supply as he is still unemployed.

Good for you to take swift action. If he persists I hope you call the Police and let them handle it.

Hard decision...I know...yet it was the right decision...be careful.

Good job filing for the restraining order. If he does this again, go ahead and call 911.
