Dear Higher Power:

Please give me the strength to ignore non helpful advice.

Please give me the strength to make the right decisions for my future.

Please let me see the "writing on the wall".

Please give me the patience to be non confrontational to my AH, even though I know he's relapsed. It doesn't help me or him to "get it off my chest".

Please let me be able to shift my high expectations of myself to a realistic doable action.

Just adding an "Amen" and a hug because you sound like you could use one. :hug:
