Just a quick update...
 

Sorry this is so brief, but the flu has made its rounds, starting with the kids that Amber babysits, their mother (who is the physician's assistant I see at the doctor's), Amber, me, and now AD is getting it. I was started on tamiflu and antibiotics yesterday, and still don't feel worth a tinker's damn.

AD had her sentencing this morning, and was granted 18 months probation on the last drug charges, but the judge made it clear in no uncertain terms there was zero room for any mistakes or she will serve the remainder in prison. She's been court-ordered to AA/NA (she has been attending AA with me), and has to complete outpatient rehab.

There is no longer an outpatient rehab here in town. I told her that was her problem to solve, not mine.

I'm climbing back into bed for at least a couple of days now and take care of me.

Emotionally and spiritually I am good and continue to stand my ground on boundaries. It's just physically I am raw hamburger. :lmao

Perhaps I'll feel more up by this weekend and able to spend some time online.

If I recall your daughter had a serious drug charge & had prior arrests? She received probation. That is a gift. Hopefully, she will make the best of it.
