update. left before he even got off work so there was no issue on him getting the baby. found out he was in my house since he still has a key and took a shower got clothes and left. is it bad for me to be looking at who hes calling and who he is texting its like killing me inside not to know. i have no idea why

I suggest you change your door locks or he'll just come and go as he pleases. If you want him out, you are going to have to be the one to make that happen.
