Can be so flakey at times she'd drive a normal person insane. Her car window has been stuck for the last week, off the track and open about 3 inches. Of course she waits until the very last moment to ask for help, as bad weather is minutes away.

None of us can help her. We just poured a new driveway so no pulling into the garage. Her brother's tools are all at work. I'm ready to suggest plastic and duct tape, then out of nowhere, she sends me a text, said she remembered her dad gave her tools for Christmas. Sleet is starting to come down so she goes for it, pulling the door panel herself and fixes it.
