Hang in there. It's a tough ride for us too as we detox from the chaos.
Take it easy on yourself. It's very traumatic to let them go.

I am so sorry for your heartache, the back and forth is torture. But like everyone else said, that's great that you stuck to your boundaries. I give you credit for being that strong. My thoughts and prayers are with you missgardenarm
