Nar-Anon meetings ?
Hello everyone,
I'm really curious as to how to go about finding Nar-anon family group meetings I have been trying google it but whenever I search Nar-Anon groups/meetings it always comes up with the Nar-Anon meeting for the addict themselves. I would like to attend one and see what it's like but I don't know how to go about finding one for me, the girlfriend of an addict.
Another question I have is about the literature for Al-Anon and/or Nar-Anon (family/friends of addicts). I'm new to this all and want to choose books that I know will be useful. What are some of the better books to look for to start my recovery?
All answers and suggestions are very appreciated thanks ,
Kay

Try pasting this into your browser.- or try searching for Nar-anon Family Groups.
Nar-Anon Groups
Nar-anon has helped me so much. There are also online meetings if you can't find a face to face group near you.
