OT- document theft
 

Has anyone seen or been following the story about the guys stealing documents from libraries and who were arrest in Baltimore?

No. I live in Maryland and watch the news every morning. Haven't heard a thing about it...

yes, this is the presidential one, but it is WAY beyond that. these guys used the library where i work for months. we were suspicious for a while but could never pin it down. our security kept them from getting sloppy so we could not catch them. but in baltimore, there was a lot less security and they got greedy attempting t osteal 60 manuscripts from Lincoln, Andrew Jackson etc. they have been stealing all kinds of historic documents from Beethoven, Marie Antoinette, any famous person.

anyway, if anyone was interested in it, i figured i'd bring it up. better than whining about other stuff
