Thanks everyone. Your words of encouragement, support and hugs keep me going and boost my faith.

I did get a text from my son a couple of days after he got out of jail. It just said "love u". That was all.....I know he loves me. I texted back "I love u 2...so very much. Mom" and that's all the contact we've had and that's ok. He knows I love him.

I don't feel like calling him.....the urge has cropped up a couple of times but I decided that I needed the peace. And that's ok too.

Overall, I'm in a serene place and taking it one day at a time.

You know Kindeyes, I just get such a good feeling from that message he sent you. Like he is mentally in a better place. I still have so much hope for this guy.
