hello everyone,

i have quick question. how do you quote parts from other people's posts to get them to show up in gray (i've been cutting and pasting, but don't think that's it).

also i'm having trouble w/ abbreviations.

is there a list of them somewhere, b/c i don't want to use the wrong thing and sometimes have trouble understanding them (ex. IMO, etc.)
