When I first came to this forum my avatar was a depressed looking woman as I was down and out due to my AH. It's been only two weeks to the day that I joined and after reading so many posts, I decided a new avatar was needed. One that for me, symbolizes strength by detachment. (plus I love horses)

It takes time to learn to detach and I'm still learning, but working on it. Thank you to all those for your kind and/or harsh words of encouragement.

BTW- I had a reiki session yesterday which was soooo wonderful!! It's been a few months and it was great to release most of the negative energy I've been holding onto!

Teddybear: I think how we choose to be identified is very powerful. I notice the screen names that new people use. So many times they speak to a gloomy future.

Good for you for choosing an avatar of something you love! This forum is about you and taking care of you. The avatar may have been a little thing but it was a very positive step.
