Do you live with persons A or B? If not, it really isn't your problem. I know that is blunt, but it is the truth. I am assuming these people are adults, and as such, they have the right to live their lives in any way they wish. If it isn't happening in your home, the best thing for you to do to save your own sanity is to detach from the madness and let them deal with their own messes.
Welcome to SR. You will find a lot of support here from people who have been in your situation or very similar ones. Stick around and read the stories of others. They may help realize that these are not really your problems and you don't have to allow them to affect your own life.

There's no need to delete your post. You asked a legitimate question, so why not give people a chance to try and help? Your initial post was fairly cryptic, so I was just aiming for a little clearer picture. I hope you'll stick around.
