YOU First!
Good morning everyone,
Let's put ourselves first today.
What can you do today, or plan to do in the next few days that will make you feel good?
Today, I am going to get my hair cut and dyed.
Tomorrow, I get to pick up my 23 month old grandson, Aiden from daycare.
It's fun, cause he just learned to say GRANDMA, and shouts it when I walk in the room!

I would love too do something only for me today, but have a house full of kids. I have my three and two more oh boy. SNOW DAY !!!! So I love baking and plan on making little cakes with them later and letting them decorate them.

Got up early and did hair and face

Well today - this is where I'm going ~ well at least in my mind!!
I'm gonna swing my Moose's house & listen to Aiden say "Grandma"
Then I'm headed over to LC's to have cupcakes with all the kiddos - do I get to decorate one too????? PLEASE??????????
Barb gave me the name of the shop she went to at the mall - in fact she said she would meet me there so we could shop together!!!
At last, everyone is gonna meet me @ PINK Acres for a bowl of homemade beef & veggie soup or Chicken & Sausage Gumbo before we go visit with the horses or take a swim in the above ground pool!!!
Figured I might as well DREAM BIG today while I was taking care of ME & Putting me FIRST!!!!

My kids are 3, 5, and 17 and the two I am watching are 4 and 8
They all love crafts too so I am going through my bins to find stuff to keep them busy today. It is a wintery mix today so they cannot go out and play in it. I love the giggles too and when they are having fun it brings a smile to my face. The simple things are always the best.

Good morning Moose and ladies, I did get up with my happy face on today and have already made spagetti sauce for dinner tonight. I'm off to spend the day with my mom' We have to go visit her hubby that is 97~~had a stroke~ and is working his butt off to get out of the rehab center he is in. That man is something else. He has all his faculties and I bet he's out before you know it. It'll be a better day today cause I'm working on me. Thanks to all of you. XXxx

Hey Moose~~So happy your thrilled with your hair today. Thats a spirit lifter in itself..When we look great~we feel great. And I wanted to stop by and thank-you for this thread today. I had been wondering if we could go OT just a tiny bit once in a while. I had a good day and didn't center all my thoughts on my son. I waivered for a bit but thats to be expected in these next few weeks. We haven't gotten any calls from him but when I took mom home today he was on her answering machine sounding all chipper...He's Grammas favorite and she is so concerned about him. Poor lady she has enough to worry about with her hubby in rehab tryong to learn how to walk all over again at 97....she's 87. Thanks again sweety~

I picked up my dress for my daughter's wedding...Needs some alteration.(okay, more than some..who can actually fill out these dresses???) but eventually it will be great and I love, love, love the gorgeous shade of lavender.

There was snow predicted and I was fearing being home bound for a couple days so I decided to treat myself. I stopped at Wendy's and got my favorite burger and fries. A sinful treat for me that I don't do much anymore.
